We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join an established Syracuse based manufacturer known for its strong reputation, innovative products, and commitment to quality.

• As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you’ll support both Engineering and Production by creating drawings, improving processes, and solving design and manufacturing challenges.
• Create and revise detailed part and assembly drawings for the shop floor.
• Build and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), drawings, and job packages.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for design and production issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Support Quality Control and collaborate with suppliers on design and delivery issues.
• Assist in prototype assembly and testing of mechanical and electromechanical devices.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• AAS degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
• 3-6+ years of related experience.
• Proficient with 3D modeling software (Creo or Solidworks).
• Experience with ERPandHaas CNC controls a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
