The pay rate for this job is $17.50 - $17.50 / hour*

• Trim excess plastic material from molded parts using hand tools, knives, clippers, grinders, or rotary tools.
• Remove flash, gates, runners, and sprues from injection‑molded components.
• Visually inspect parts for defects such as cracks, bubbles, short shots, discoloration, or warping.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or quality specifications.
• Perform light sanding, deburring, or polishing as required.
• Sort acceptable and non‑conforming parts and report quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain production pace to meet daily output targets.
• Keep work area clean and organized according to 5S and safety standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout policies when applicable.
• Record basic production or quality data

Shift timings - 2nd Shift (Evening)

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, plastics, or finishing experience is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and small power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs, depending on production needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
