Adecco is recruiting for an Assembly Technician on 2nd shift for a client in Syracuse, NY.

• Assemble parts and components into finished products or subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform basic setup and operation of machines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications and standards.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and organizing completed products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Move materials as needed using hand trucks or other equipment.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and schematics.
• Basic math and measuring skills (micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Previous assembly experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Pay Details: $17.39 per hour
