A Production Supervisor provides leadership and supervision to hourly production employees during designated shift. Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all operational functions meet or exceed the company objectives. Candidate must be available to train on the first shift.

• Manage, coordinate, facilitate and provide leadership to first line supervisors, production employees, maintenance and other support staff.
• Direct the activities of engineering and other technical resources in the evaluation, procurement and installation of equipment.
• Lead technical support staff in troubleshooting and enhancing production processes.
• Plan, develop and manage the departmental budget.
• Develop and utilize financial reporting metrics and tools, to include labor utilization, cost analysis, productivity and related areas.
• Interface with external suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high quality production parts and material.
• Work directly with external customers and support groups to ensure that customer requirements are understood and met.
• Direct Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive on-time delivery, yield improvement, quality improvement, cost and cycle time reduction and safety.
• Provide analysis and reporting as required, and ensure communication of departmental key metrics related to safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Manage employee relations issues, performance management and assist employees with problem resolution.
• Support and facilitate organizational change initiatives.
• Act as a key influencing factor on the plant's leadership team.

• Ability to communicate effectively by telephone and in group meetings and discussions.
• Ability to give and receive information accurately.
• Participate in meetings to give and receive information several times per month.
• Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic.
• Conduct meetings to negotiate, explain, persuade, or present information.
• Able to work weekend hours, when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with financial concepts and tools, including budgets, cost analysis and reporting.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary depending on a wide array of factors including skill sets, experience and training, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differential. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $66,234 - $110,390. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus and shift premium where applicable.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. This includes identifying ITAR products on the manufacturing floor and recognizing that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; recognizing foreign visitor badges; understanding authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL);

understanding export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
