Location: Syracuse, NY
Pay: $18.75/hour
Schedule: 4 days/week, 6 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday). Mandatory OT may require Monday – Friday!
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Associate to operate and maintain production equipment, including non-sterile filling, packaging, and labeling machines. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production equipment.
- Follow gowning, cleanliness, and aseptic techniques.
- Accurately document production activities.
- Maintain communication with supervisors and departments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper waste disposal.
- Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in pharmaceutical or manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, basic math, and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
