Production Associate

Seal & Design, Inc. is a family owned company founded in Clarence, NY with three divisions located across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die‑cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including:
Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

• Monday - Friday: 6am - 2:30pm
• Pay Range: $21.00-$25.50

• Operate machinery safely according to company policies
• Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspend sorting until issue is resolved
• Cross train and assist in other departments as required

• Experience:
  
  1 year of manufacturing experience
• Education:
  
  HS Diploma
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail
