Shipping & Receiving - 2nd shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate records for production control to inventory all parcels, materials, and chemicals received.
• Notify departments of items received and organize timely shipment of all items to designated departmental locations.
• Rotate stock in chemical storage and other storage areas.
• Communicate regularly with managers and supervisors on received materials and any delay of expected shipments.
• Verify and keep records on all incoming shipments.
• Enter receipt of materials into the Company inventory system.
• Handle paperwork and perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and inventory database platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and exercise extreme physical mobility.
• Must have a clean driving record, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and be able to pass a forklift certification program.
• Good vision, reading ability, clear speaking, and ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary depending on a wide array of factors, including skill sets, experience and training, certifications, and other business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $33,185 - $49,778. Additional compensation such as an annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.

Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

• Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.
• Identify ITAR products on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents.
• Recognize foreign person visitors by badge differentiation.
• Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL).
• Understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the U.S.
• Manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
