• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous machine operation experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
