Are you a Plant Manager with a background in printing, die cutting, or paper manufacturing?
A well-established global consumer goods manufacturer near Syracuse, NY is seeking a proven plant leader who can quickly earn trust, drive safety, enhance efficiency, and foster continuous improvement from day one. The facility operates lean and is ready to invest in the right person to lead it. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities- Direct day-to-day plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, production, and quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Background in printing, die‑cutting, or paper manufacturing.
- Experience working in a union environment.
- Strong track record in safety, production and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to run the floor and lead people rather than just manage data.
