Project Support Engineer (PSE) will monitor actively running projects and provide support to various functional groups in the endeavor to stay within budgetary and time constraints. The PSE will be responsible for ensuring timely allocation of resources, near-term risk forecasting and mitigation, and escalation of issues that need assistance outside of manufacturing personnel to resolve.
Responsibilities- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects to ensure alignment with contractual requirements, schedules, and budgets.
- Closely monitor assigned project’s status through the manufacturing process, escalating issues as needed and monitoring risks and opportunities.
- Quickly and accurately share project or program status internally to the correct personnel, ensuring that the organization is taking appropriate action to resolve issues and maintain budget and schedule.
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Support the preparation of customer status reports, providing appropriate data to PMO and relaying status and explanations to customers when required.
- Work closely with production personnel to develop a thorough understanding of factors impacting production.
- Lead cross- functional teams to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform all other related duties as directed by Supervisor.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate across functional groups.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate financial principles.
- Advanced technical acumen with the willingness to learn technical concepts, read dimensioned drawings, and understand written specifications.
- Exceptional decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to understand complex systems and cause-effect relationships in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships in a cross-functional environment (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
- Effective organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze relevant data to support problem-solving efforts.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project).
- Must possess the ability to follow written processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation range estimate: $76,202 – $127,003. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus and, for alternative shift positions, a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Export Statement- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.
- Recognize ITAR products on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
- Recognize and differentiate foreign person visitors by badge and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL).
- Understand and follow export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US.
- Manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
