Position DetailsLocation:
6457 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
Shift: First, Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Responsibilities- Adhere to production time‑sensitive disciplines and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
- Meet or exceed output targets and metrics.
- Read and interpret blueprints, instruction documents, engineering notes, and shop orders to produce precisely designed products.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Follow dispatch and accommodate schedule changes for hot orders and customer requirements.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and maintain a customer‑focused culture with a sense of urgency.
- Adhere exactly to process requirements.
- Ability to follow written instructions in English, including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform detailed work.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30pounds and stand throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in PCB manufacturing, process manufacturing, or use of CNC machinery, measurement and inspection tools (microscopes, calipers, gauges, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of circuit board terminology and Lean principles or continuous improvement.
Compensation range: $36,214 – $57,241 (subject to location, experience, and business needs).
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly company bonuses and possible shift premium for alternative shift assignments.

Benefits available from the first of the month following the date of hire. Some positions may offer only PTO and holiday benefits.
Export ComplianceApplicants must comply with TTM Export Control Policies, ITAR, EAR and OFAC. Responsibilities include identifying ITAR products, restricting access to U.S. citizens and permanent residents, managing visitor badges, authorizing foreign visitors, and handling shipments leaving the U.S.
