Process Engineering Technician – 2nd Shift (3:00PM – 11:30PM, M‑F)The Process Engineering Technician assists the manufacturing, engineering and quality departments in ensuring that the PCB manufacturing process runs efficiently and safely.
- Assure manufacturing processes run per procedure or conduct engineering tests.
- Monitor manufacturing processes or perform failure analysis for engineering or quality.
- Takes measurements for process control or gathers measurement data for engineering.
- Re‑writes documentation to update new practices or writes and prepares reports for engineering or quality.
- Responds to data on process control charts or maintains material movement spreadsheets and reports results.
- Runs tests through the production process line or assists process engineer with evaluating data.
- Responsible for all processes within manufacturing and/or support the efforts of engineers.
- Perform process control activities such as measuring product or performing tests.
- Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste, including use, mixing and disposal.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong desire and willingness to learn.
- Familiar with PC applications.
- Associate’s Degree (or in final stages of completion) in Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing; or equivalent experience required.
- Strong math skills, especially statistics.
- Technicians will undergo chemical handling training prior to performing these duties and will actively participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training.
Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary based on skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and other business factors. The disclosed range estimate (not adjusted for geographic differential) is: $43,237 – $68,342.
Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus and a shift premium for alternative shift positions.

- Recognize ITAR products, handle foreign person visitors appropriately, follow authorization procedures, and manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
