Position
TTM Technologies, Inc. – Publicly Traded US Company, NASDAQ (TTMI) – top‑5 global printed circuit board manufacturer.
Location:
6457 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057. Overnight position (Mon‑Fri, 11:00p–7:30a.m.) with possible first‑shift training.
- Adhere to production time‑sensitive disciplines.
- Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
- Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
- Read blueprints, English instruction documents and engineering notes to take precise action to produce designed products.
- Read and interpret shop order to verify previous operations, counts, and quality.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Comply strictly with all safety and quality guidelines.
- Follow dispatch and accommodate schedule changes for hot orders and customer requirements.
- Work closely with team members.
- Demonstrate a strong customer‑focused culture and true sense of urgency.
- Maintain exact adherence to process requirements.
- Follow written English instructions, customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
- Read, write, and communicate in English at the necessary level.
- Perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
- Lift up to 30 pounds without strain and stand throughout shift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in process and/or printed circuit board manufacturing (plus).
- Knowledge of circuit board terminology and use of CNC machinery, measurement and inspection tools (magnification, scopes, calipers, gauges).
- Knowledge/experience of Lean Principles or continuous improvement (preferred).
Competitive base salary (approximately $36,214 – $57,241). Additional annual or quarterly bonus may apply. Shift premium may be available for alternative shift.
