Operate multi-spindle automatic screw machines including Davenport and Acme-Gridley platforms;
Adjust cams, tooling, collets, feeds, speeds, and attachments to maintain optimal performance;
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators, and gauges read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and process sheets;
Maintain machine cleanliness, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance;
Collaborate with supervisors, setup technicians, and quality teams to ensure part accuracy and production efficiency
