Production Associate - CNC Die-Cut Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Position:
Production Associate – First Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00.

Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye toward process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

• Operate machinery safely according to company policies.
• Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspend sorting until issue is resolved.
• Cross‑train and assist in other departments as required.

• Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Education: HS Diploma.
• Skills: Proficiency working in a computer‑supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail.
• Characteristics: Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results.
