Overview
TTM Technologies, Inc. is a global manufacturer of technology products, including printed circuit boards and related assemblies, offering design, engineering and manufacturing services to shorten time-to-market for customers. This position is located at 6457 Fly Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure manufacturing processes run per procedure or conduct engineering tests.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and perform failure analysis for engineering or quality assurance.
- Take measurements for process control or gather data for engineering analysis.
- Update documentation to reflect new practices and prepare reports for engineering or quality teams.
- Respond to data on process control charts or maintain material movement spreadsheets and report results.
- Run tests through the production process or assist the process engineer in evaluating data.
- Support all manufacturing processes and assist engineers as needed.
- Perform process control activities such as measuring products and conducting tests.
- Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste, including use, mixing and disposal of chemicals.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with standard PC applications.
- Associate’s Degree (or near completion) in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
- Strong math skills, especially in statistics.
- Technicians will undergo chemical handling training prior to duties and will participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training.

Compensation ranges vary based on skills, experience, training, certifications, and business needs. A current range estimate is: $41,940 – $66,292. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonuses; shift premiums may apply where applicable.
Export and ComplianceExport Control compliance is required per TTM policies and applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. This includes identifying ITAR products on the floor, managing visitor access, following authorization procedures for foreign visitors, understanding export requirements for shipments leaving the U.S., and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
