Job OverviewThe Sanitation Technician plays a key role in executing assigned Sanitation tasks. This includes maintaining cleanliness standards inside and outside the warehouse facility which ships, receives and stores dairy and non-dairy related products.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of assigned and immediate areas.
- Maintain and follow set of sanitary checklists.
- Complete and maintain official documents as required.
- Operate necessary equipment in a safe manner.
- Cleaning warehouse to set procedures, cleaning of all general office/break room areas, restrooms, and any other areas as needed both indoors and outdoors.
- Wear applicable PPE as required for job tasks.
- Handle chemicals and understand SDS requirements for chemical required for job tasks.
- Communicates effectively between shifts and other departments.
- Previous sanitation experience preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse environment preferred.
