Looking for a hands-on position where you can learn valuable manufacturing skills and build a long-term career? We're seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team and support daily machine shop operations.

• Operate basic manufacturing equipment, including punch presses, grinders, drill presses, and shears.
• Perform mechanical assembly and production tasks using hand tools.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Assist with manufacturing processes to support daily production goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety standards, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Learn new skills through ongoing training and cross-training opportunities.
• Support teammates and perform additional duties as needed.

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing.
• Ability to safely use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months or more of metal shop, manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience.
• Experience working with mechanical equipment or industrial tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is performed in a manufacturing setting where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Team members work around machinery, moving mechanical parts, and production equipment in a moderately loud environment. Employees should be comfortable standing for extended periods, frequently using their hands, reaching, and occasionally bending, kneeling, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
