Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team on the 1st shift as a Wire Bundler and Connector Assembler for solar panel components. In this role, you will be responsible for bundling wire harnesses and attaching connectors used in solar energy systems. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production position ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bundle and organize wires according to specifications for solar panel systems
• Attach electrical connectors to wire ends using proper tools and techniques
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Read and follow work instructions, wiring diagrams, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet production goals and timelines
• Communicate any production or quality issues to the supervisor
• Follow all company safety guidelines and policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in wire assembly, electrical work and manufacturing
• Ability to read basic instructions and wiring diagrams
• Comfortable using hand tools and crimping devices
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality
