Water Street Bagel Co. in Syracuse, NY is seeking an Artisan Baker for early-morning shifts. We hand kettle boil and bake every bagel in a real wood-fired oven, crafting from scratch rather than an assembly line.
It’s hard work, but incredibly rewarding. You’ll join a close-knit team, work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen, and start shifts as early as 3:30 AM. Baking experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person with a great attitude.
