We have an excellent opportunity available for a 1st shift Production Supervisor in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

- As a hands-on Production Supervisor, you will oversee 20+ production associates and 3 team leads to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity objectives are met.
- Track and Monitor Key Performance Indicators and Scoreboards.
- Increase the performance of production areas through training, troubleshooting, and ensuring 5S initiatives.
- Lead production meetings and discuss priorities.
- Complete reports for upper management.
Skills:
- BS or AAS degree and multiple years of experience as a Production Supervisor within a manufacturing environment. Will consider numerous years of work experience in lieu of formal education.
- Well-organized and focused on completing tasks.
- Basic machine operation and machine capability knowledge.
