Production Manager

Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. seeks a 1st shift Production - Supervisor to lead a 20–30 person team on the production floor in Syracuse, NY. You will supervise, train, and develop associates while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include directing production staff, monitoring KPI targets, maintaining records, and coordinating with maintenance for equipment issues. This role reports to the Plant Manager and requires strong leadership and communication.
