Extensive B2B Tech experience is required
, and experience scaling hyper-growth tech/SaaS/AI businesses is highly preferred. "Candidates without extensive B2B tech experience will not be considered." We re transforming the automotive industry in a hyper-growth environment with strategic but execution-focused roles. You ll be in the trenches, developing and delivering assets while shaping brand and design strategy. You ll own and scale creative functions, drive A/B testing, brand governance, performance analytics, and data-driven decision-making, and lead the creation and management of omnichannel content and campaigns.
You ll shape strategy, build an organization, analyze and report, and evolve the brand and creative across channels in a lean setup. If this sounds like you, read on.
- Partner with marketing leadership to execute against the overall marketing and brand strategy for the company
- Lead the scaling of brand design and creative systems and processes, including leveraging AI and automation
- Create, develop, and evolve the Impel brand strategy, with emphasis on visual identity, tone, brand voice, and execution across all brand channels
- Create and measure branding and creative for demand generation and growth initiatives, including video production, email marketing, digital advertising, retargeting, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
- Drive go-to-market strategy and execution of product launches and initiatives
- Develop and measure branding and creative for customer retention and expansion efforts with Performance Management, including communications, collateral, reporting, content, and incentive programs
- Provide creative direction and executional support for reputation and thought leadership initiatives (press releases, white papers, industry presentations, event campaigns, etc.)
- Develop presentation and informational/educational assets for internal and external audiences
- Develop branding and assets for Impel presence at industry trade shows and events
- Ensure effective brand governance and compliance across the organization and with external partners
- Effectively manage contractors, agencies, and vendors as needed
- BA/BS required, ideally in design, marketing, communications or relevant discipline
- B2B experience is required
- Tech/SaaS experience is required
- Experience scaling/building out high-growth companies is highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ progressive growth in design and creative roles
- Minimum 7 years’ experience with digital/omnichannel marketing
- Exceptional ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while solving problems creatively and quickly
- Exceptional ability to remain calm under pressure, receive feedback constructively, and apply strategic and business acumen to creative efforts
- Excellent leadership, project management, and time management skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- A strong understanding of brand development and omnichannel marketing concepts
- An intimate understanding of design, copy and UX/UI best practices and guidelines
- Experience with software including marketing automation, Adobe Creative Suite, CRMs, Photoshop, HTML, InDesign, Premier
