Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, a law firm of 300 attorneys in over 30 practice groups, is accepting applications for a part time Marketing & Business Development Intern to support the Marketing department in our Syracuse office. The Marketing & Business Development Intern will support the team with day-to-day activities and special projects that advance the firm’s marketing, business development and event initiatives.
This role offers hands-on experience in a professional services environment and requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, clear communication and the ability to manage assignments accurately and on schedule.
Position Responsibilities:
Event and program support: Print, organize and assemble invitations, name badges, handouts, signage and other materials for seminars, webinars, client programs and firm events; assist with event preparation and on-site logistics as needed.
Presentation development: Assist with creating, formatting, proofreading and updating PowerPoint presentations for seminars, webinars, internal meetings and other programs, ensuring materials are accurate, polished and consistent with firm branding.
Database and administrative support: Enter, review and update contact and activity information in the Inter Action customer relationship management database; help maintain accurate records, mailing lists and other marketing data while handling information with appropriate confidentiality.
Marketing and office initiatives: Support internal marketing programs, communications and Syracuse office events by coordinating materials, gathering information, tracking details and assisting with implementation.
Research and special projects: Conduct business development, industry, company and prospective-client research; summarize findings clearly; and assist with additional team projects and priorities as assigned. Collaborate professionally with colleagues, ask questions when clarification is needed and balance multiple deadlines.

This position's salary range is between $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, negotiable based on years' experience.
