Key Responsibilities Support the Senior Vice President in creating a cohesive national program unit with consistent operational practices Provide project management support to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency within National Programs Engage with various business units and facilitate meetings to promote alignment and collaboration across teams
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, urban planning, or relevant experience;
Master's degree preferred Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the nonprofit sector and community development programs Deep understanding of community development and program replication strategies Experience working with diverse individuals and organizations, including community-based organizations and local government Strong background in project management and proficient use of relevant applications
