Hourly Rate: $66/hour.

• Education: ADN/BSN from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted NY RN license.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (must be current or eligible for immediate renewal).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and acuity level as the hiring hospital.
  • Must have experience in Med Surg/Tele unit.
  • Experience with high patient volume and multidisciplinary teams is strongly preferred.
  • Travel nurses must have experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers or hospitals of equal or greater size.

  • Must be able to draw labs independently.
  • Must be skilled in monitoring and interpreting telemetry (tele).
  • Must have the ability to quickly assess and respond to changing patient conditions.

• Monitor/interpret cardiac telemetry.
