Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Falmouth, MA

Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.
• Accurately complete and maintain medical records, including documentation for admissions, discharges, and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper identification and monitoring of residents.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and staff regarding care plans and resident conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and participate in inspections and audits as required.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in MA State.
• Active BLS/CPR.
