• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs monitoring
• Identify changes in resident conditions and report to nursing staff
• Maintain excellent customer service, with a focus on ongoing customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to resident care
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff, rehabilitation staff, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care

• Current NY State CNA Certificate
