• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the weekend shift.
• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling, assigning, and directing nursing personnel.
• Foster a compassionate environment by providing support and guidance to residents and their families.
• Respond promptly to resident, family, and staff questions and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and nursing standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
• Protect resident confidentiality and oversee proper documentation practices.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and address changes in resident conditions.
• Promote teamwork and maintain positive working relationships among all healthcare disciplines.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nurses, CNAs, and ancillary staff.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1 year of long‑term care experience required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Positive, team‑oriented leadership style.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
