Position Details

• Primary Care Office
• Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time (minimum 20 hours/week)
• Day Shift, Flexible Schedule
• Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Non-Exempt

• Medication administration
• Phlebotomy
• Electronic Medical Record documentation
• Intake process and work with provider to assist with patient visit
• Administer injections
• Perform ECGs
• Telephone triage
• Place orders and refill prescriptions at the provider’s request

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Within one-year timeframe to pass boards (for GPN)
• Prior experience in a busy medical office preferred, but not required
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
