Job Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs monitoring
- Identify changes in resident conditions and report to nursing staff
- Maintain excellent customer service, with a focus on on-going customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to resident care
- Collaborate with Licensed Nursing Staff, Rehabilitation staff, and the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Current NY State CNA Certificate
