Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists (SOS), the premier orthopedic practice in Central New York, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team at Specialists One-Day Surgery Center, our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center in North Syracuse.
We are currently hiring both W-2 and 1099 CRNAs who are looking for exceptional compensation, a predictable schedule, and the opportunity to work alongside one of New York's most respected orthopedic surgery teams.
Compensation & Financial IncentivesW-2 Employment
- Base salary: $295,000–$330,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Up to $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Up to $5,000 Relocation Assistance
- Competitive overtime compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week

As a CRNA with Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists, you'll provide anesthesia services for a wide range of orthopedic procedures in a modern, physician‑led ambulatory surgery center focused on delivering outstanding patient care.
