Start your nursing career with confidence through a 12‑month-long Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™, designed to support newly NY State Licensed RN's as they transition into clinical practice.

Eligibility:

All newly NY State Licensed RN Residents with less than one year of experience are automatically enrolled. Cohorts start eight times per year.

Resource Pool
Surgical Services

Supervision:

Team Leader, Clinical Coordinator, Unit Manager, Clinical Services/Nursing Admin.

Pay Range:

$38.75–$39.75/hr. (based on experience, education, and skills)

Sign On Bonus:

Currently offering up to $8,000 in recruitment bonuses for full‑time, qualified, energetic RN Residents who are passionate about nursing.
