Job DescriptionThe LPN will work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other members of the S Health Services team to provide comprehensive clinical care for student illnesses, injuries, immunizations and health education needs.
Responsibilities- Obtain vital signs and patient histories
- Administer medication and injections
- Insert and maintain IV lines
- Collect specimens
- Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing (laboratory duties)
- Report directly to the Nurse Manager on a per diem basis
