Employment Type:
Part time. Shift: Rotating Shift. Full time and part time positions are available in all acute care and specialty areas. Flexible scheduling and varying shifts, weekend options available.

The Registered Nurse participates in various roles to ensure quality patient care with optimum outcomes. RN roles range from direct patient care to supervisory or consultative services across our network. Dedicated nursing staff attend orientation classes that may include CORE EKG, end-of-life, respiratory care, and specialty classes depending on area of expertise.
What You Will Do- Collaborate, communicate, and facilitate optimal care provision through a computerized or digital platform supporting daily care management.
- Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge.
- Utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and case management principles to coordinate, implement, and support the care plan.
- Monitor quality metrics specific to the department and ensure accurate documentation in the patient record.
- Ensure quality care is rendered to all patients in accordance with New York regulatory agencies, national standards of practice, and nursing and clinical service standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of health care economics, trends, and reimbursement methodologies; recognize situations requiring immediate intervention; continue professional development.
GN’s or RN’s with less than 1-year experience may apply to the RN Nurse Residency positions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and current licensure in the State of New York.
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred per NYS requirements.
- Specialty credentialing and educational degrees according to clinical specialty area preferred.
- Maintains all licensures and certifications per NYS regulations and specialty requirements.
- Participates in continuing education and updates knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.

Pay Range: $38.75 – $59.85 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary within the stated range based on location.
