LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse plus​/hr

• Assists in planning and evaluating direct nursing care of patients
• Transcribes physician’s orders and assist with medical rounds.
• Admissions
• Supports the efforts of other therapies by effectively carrying out restorative nursing measures established in conjunction with the respective therapies.
• Accurately documents observations and reports them to appropriate sources as indicated.
• Effectively applies comfort and safety measures to meet patient needs.
• Administers medications to patients according to established policy and procedure, including controlled substances.

• Current State Nursing License
• Current CPR Certification
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
