Travel Pay Range: $60 – $65/hour ($2,400 – $2,600/week)

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel RN – Ambulatory Care for an exciting job in Syracuse, NY.

• Deliver direct patient care including assessment, planning, and nursing interventions.
• Perform triage, obtain vital signs, and assist with procedures and provider-directed care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, follow-up, and medication instructions.
• Document care accurately and efficiently using EPIC Electronic Medical Records.
• Monitor patient response to care and promptly elevate changes to the provider.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Active and unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the last 2 years).
• Prior experience in ambulatory care, urgent care, or pediatrics strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital is highly desirable.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
