Location: City of Syracuse
Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver specialty care for residents with neurological disorders in our nationwide network of skilled nursing facilities.
You will collaborate with physicians, manage medications, perform assessments, and educate patients and families. Candidates must hold an active NP/PA license and an NP degree, with 6 months in long-term care preferred; DEA, CPR/BLS, and EMR experience required.
