We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee night shift operations in a long-term care facility.
Key Responsibilities Include- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs.
- Providing compassionate support to residents and their families.
- Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff.
- Ensuring a safe, clean environment by adhering to rules and regulations.
- Maintaining confidentiality and documenting resident care services.
- Fostering collaboration among healthcare team members.
- Valid RN license.
- At least 3 years of experience in long-term care.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills.
