We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Overnight Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team at the Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 513-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Syracuse, New York. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of our residents during the overnight hours, ensuring that our highest standards of quality care are met.

• Oversee the nighttime shifts of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and reducing readmissions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects to ensure the highest level of care for our residents
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes for our residents

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New York
• Minimum of [insert minimum years of experience] years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in nursing leadership and management
