Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Syracuse Area, NY Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights or weekends
- Round-and-go model with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health care for older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings
- Collaborative interdisciplinary care team
- Open
to
experienced clinicians only
- W-2 position with base salary plus productivity
- Estimated earnings $150K–$200K+ annually
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)
- Paid malpractice coverage
- Company-issued iPad and administrative support
- Active New York PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C license
- DEA (or eligible)
- Geriatric or post-acute experience preferred
