Centers Health Care is seeking a Floating Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations across multiple technology-enabled care sites. In this role, you will oversee clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and nursing leadership while partnering closely with IT to optimize EHR workflows and digital health solutions. You will drive standardization of best practices, mentor nurse leaders, and use data to improve outcomes.
Ideal candidates bring strong multi-site DON experience, deep knowledge of clinical systems, and a passion for innovation in patient-centered, tech-enabled care.
Responsibilities
- Provide regional leadership and oversight for nursing operations across multiple facilities using digital health platforms
- Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards, leveraging health IT systems and analytics
- Implement and optimize electronic health record (EHR) workflows and clinical software solutions
- Mentor and develop nursing leaders, driving best practices and standardization across sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT, product, and operations teams to align nursing workflows with software capabilities
- Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Lead telehealth and remote care enablement projects in partnership with technology teams
- Develop and deliver training on new clinical technologies and protocols to nursing staff
- Manage change initiatives, including rollouts and upgrades of clinical applications
- Represent nursing leadership in strategic planning and innovation initiatives at Centers Health Care
