Registered Nurse

Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this skilled nursing facility, you will provide comprehensive care, coordinate rehabilitation and recovery services, and support elderly residents with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive and focused nursing assessments for elderly residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions, including vital signs, pain levels, and responses to treatment
• Supervise, delegate to, and support CNAs and other nursing support staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and complete all required documentation and care notes
• Educate residents and families about diagnoses, medications, rehabilitation goals, and long-term self-care strategies
• Participate in care conferences, rounds, and team meetings to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards, including state and federal long-term care regulations
• Contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives focused on resident satisfaction and clinical quality
