About This Role
The Circulating Nurse Specialist provides operational support to the nursing unit while exemplifying Upstate's mission and values. This role is ideal for those with clinical expertise and a passion for enhancing patient experience.
Highlights- Location: Syracuse, NY
- Facility: Upstate Medical University
- Schedule: Full-time, Day/Eve with on-call weekends & holidays
- Provide day-to-day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit.
- Drive customer service and quality in patient care.
- Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program.
- Act as an active member of the unit leadership team.
Education:
- Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State.
Experience:
- 2 years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area.
