Location: City of Syracuse
St. Josephs Health in Syracuse, NY is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our inpatient Wound Care team.
This role focuses on wound, ostomy, and continence care with collaboration among physicians, nurses, pharmacy, and ancillary staff. You will provide consultative services, develop plans of care, perform vascular assessments and debridement as permitted, and participate in quality improvement and CWOC Team activities.
