Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

NIGHTS – 12HR: 7p-7a shift
- Every other weekend
- No blocked scheduling.

Hours:

Provided upon request. Contract Weeks: 13.

Active and clear RN license.

BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required.

1-2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience required.

3+ years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred.

OR circulating experience and EPIC experience required.

Nurse to patient ratio depends on assignment; strive for 1:2.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients and newborns.

Monitor patient condition and progress during labor.

Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room as needed.

Collaborate with healthcare team to plan and implement care.

Document nursing assessments and interventions accurately.

Scrubs provided on unit from scrub machine.
