We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Syracuse, NY. As a PMHNP with CHE Behavioral, you will work in a collaborative environment with other mental health professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients with psychiatric and mental health concerns

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy

• Collaborate with patients' primary care providers to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes

• Stay current with best practices in mental health care and implement evidence-based practices in your work

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (NP) with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health

• Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

• Eligibility for licensure in the State of New York
