Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 513-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Syracuse, New York. As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Manage pain, wounds, and skin care for our residents
Implement infection prevention measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors

Qualifications:
Current New York State RN licensure
ACLS and/or CHPN preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Customer Service skills
