Quality Analyst | Lockheed Martin
This position is for a Quality Analyst within the Undersea Warfare market segment (USW), supporting the MK48 Production Programs. This position will require on-site support for the Syracuse facility.
The work:
This individual will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing defect data to support Material Review Board (MRB) and Corrective Action Board(s) (CAB). This individual will work closely with Program Quality Engineering, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering to assess trends, complete root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. The selected candidate will support this team through program execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for implementation and execution of the quality requirements on your assigned program(s)
- Partner with Program Management and Integrated Program Team (IPT) to provide proactive issue identification, causal analysis, mitigation, and preventive action.
- Identify risks and proactively work with the program team to document risks and help to develop and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
- Establish and maintain Quality metrics that are utilized by the program team to monitor performance.
- Maintain and facilitate the Corrective Action Board (CAB) and Material Review Board (MRB).
- Drive root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions.
- US Citizenship is required.

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
