We are hiring a Document Specialist to join our Syracuse production team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is detail‑oriented, dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate, high‑quality work.

• Operate copiers, printers, scanners, and finishing equipment
• Complete printing, copying, scanning, and binding projects
• Review job instructions and ensure work is completed accurately
• Meet production deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Perform quality checks and maintain confidentiality

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently after training
• Comfort with computers and office equipment
• Prior print, copy, or production experience is a plus, not required
